It has clean rooms and PARTICULARLY GOOD location really close to a good area as well as the old town.

The air conditioning was mind-blowingly powerful, instantly cooling down the room. The location was jaw-droppingly exceptional, perfectly balancing sightseeing and beach access. The room had a super view of the lively street, giving it an authentic Spanish vibe. The host was incredibly responsive, assisting us promptly with check-in and any questions we had. The place was very well-kept with a clean bathroom and plenty of towels. The equipped kitchen and cute balcony were perfect for the afternoon heat. Plus, the elevator and hip bar downstairs added to the overall excitement. And the icing on the cake, it was just a short walk from the beach!

Our stay at Fan Flat San Juan was fantastic. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to many shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with beds that were very cozy. We also appreciated the elevator, which made it easy to bring our luggage up to the 3rd floor.

One specific situation that we encountered was some noise from the street below. However, because we were tired from our day's activities, the noise didn't bother us much and we were able to sleep soundly with the windows closed.
